NVIDIA Huang Jen-Hsun flew to Taiwan in the afternoon and went straight to Tainan to visit TSMC 3 nanometer factory

Jensen Huang, CEO of artificial intelligence (AI) chip maker NVIDIA (NVIDIA), will arrive in Taiwan in the afternoon. This will be his fourth visit to Taiwan this year. The first stop will be a direct flight to Tainan, expected to arrive at about 2:32 p.m., and then he will go to the important supplier TSMC Tainan 3 nanometer factory to inspect the production line, and prepare to participate in the TSMC Sports Games tomorrow, where he will be in the same frame as TSMC founder Zhang Zhongmou.

The TSMC Games will be held at the Hsinchu County Stadium. Only invited media and internal employees are allowed to attend. TSMC founder Zhang Zhongmou and his wife Zhang Shufen have been invited to attend. There was a rare "VIP speech" during the event, and the industry speculated that Huang may appear in person to demonstrate the good relationship between NVIDIA and TSMC.

Before flying to Taiwan, Huang Jen-Hsun first attended the Financial Times AI Future Summit in London, England. He said that China's low energy costs and loose regulatory restrictions may defeat the United States in the AI ​​race; Western countries such as the United States and the United Kingdom are being constrained by a "cynicism" mentality, and "we need more optimism."
