The global semiconductor annual conference SEMICON Taiwan 2025 was officially launched today. China Explorer has displayed three new products: Socket tester, micro-electromechanical probe (MEMS), and high-power aging tester (Burn-in Socket) above 1,200 watts. General Manager Rong Mingxian said that this year's semiconductor operation will be more than 20%, and strive to reach 30% next year, becoming the growth energy for future operation.
Rong Mingxian said that China Exposure's purchase of RMB 341 million in August this year, a record high in 39 months, mainly because suppliers of large American mobile phone manufacturers entered the delivery period. The first time they participated in the semiconductor exhibition last year, the high-power aging test seats above 800 watts were exhibited this year to 1,200 watts, and equipment verification has been completed. As long as customers have demand, they can ship immediately and are expected to be paid for collection in the future.
Rong Mingxian pointed out that Zhongtanxing has begun to ship the entire test seat (Socket) and PIN to IC design factories, and has officially entered the advanced packaging test solution. As the testing time of the next generation of AI servers is longer, it is expected to eat up the merchants. With the three new products, it has announced that it will strengthen its semiconductor determination. Rong Mingqing shared that micro-electric probes are mainly used in advanced process chip testing, especially high-performance computing chips, GPUs, and AI processors. With advanced packaging technology, probe cards require higher contact density, and the more important MEMS probes are, China Explorer and cooperative manufacturers jointly develop micro-electric probes, and new products are being promoted.
In terms of connectors, Rong Mingming emphasized that Zhongdian has continuously obtained smart lens group orders, display technology has been recognized internationally, and the order has been seen at the end of the year, and new products have also entered the lens connector supply chain with no human machine, and have been delivered in the last quarter.
