Baiduri Bank of Brunei announced on Thursday (May 22) that it will open its first overseas representative office in the second building of the Marina Bay Financial Centre (MBFC) to expand its regional business territory and strengthen its ties with Singaporean financial institutions.
Beduli Bank said that the representative office will serve as a bridge to assist Brunei companies in developing regional markets, and provide consulting support to Singaporean companies that want to enter the Brunei market.
Beduli Bank has been rated as the "Best Bank in Brunei in 2024" by magazines such as Global Finance and World Finance. Young Yi, the chief representative of the Singapore Representative Office, has a deep background in corporate banking and has more than 25 years of industry experience.
