Liverpool captain Van Dijk was interviewed by the media and talked about the question of Wirtz's performance since joining.
Wiltz joined Liverpool from Bayer Leverkusen this summer for 116 million pounds, but has only one assist in 10 games so far.
Van Dijk said: "When you join a new team for a huge transfer fee, you need to feel settled - family, residence, and surrounding atmosphere. Only when you are settled can you perform at your best. Whether it is football or life, it takes time to adapt."
