According to Brazilian journalist Casa Grande, West Ham United wants to sign Chelsea player Santos, but their offer was rejected.

West Ham is chasing Santos and they offer a £45 million offer, but Chelsea chose to refuse.

Chelsea informed West Ham that they will not sell Santos.
