Oops! Isaac s departure from the team to train anger Newcastle fans: Get the money and leave to end the farce

The Post reported that Newcastle did not deny that Isaac left the team for Spain without authorization, which angered the fans.

The 25-year-old claimed a thigh strain last week and did not go to the Far East with the team, and the scan showed no damage. The club said at the time that flight was not conducive to the recovery of the injury. However, Isaac then flew to San Sebastian to use the former Sociedad training facilities, which sparked anger among fans.

If Newcastle finds Isaac leaves without permission, he may face a club fine. So far, there is no sign that Newcastle is aware of Isaac’s intentions. Fans were upset that he returned to his former club during his injury rather than recovering with Newcastle staff.

One fan wrote: "His departure was handled badly. He won our love and respect over the years, but he destroyed it within a month." Another fan added: "Hurry up and leave and end the farce."

Isaac is waiting for Liverpool to make a formal offer, but Newcastle's difficulties in finding a replacement have hindered the progress of the transfer. Leipzig Red Bull's Sesco is their top choice, but Manchester United is now joining the scramble. Brentford's Yoan Visa, Aston Villa's Watkins and Wolves's Larson are also on the alternative list.

Newcastle won't sell Isaac easily, but they won't stop it if they think the transfer is in the interests of the club. The events of the past week have made any potential reintegration extremely difficult.
