In this sad moment, everyone at the Liverpool Club is with Beard's family and friends. Beard is not just an extremely dedicated and successful head coach, he is also a truly upright and warm person, and everyone at the club who has worked with him will always remember him. He initially joined the Liverpool Women's Football Team in 2012 and led the team to win the Women's Super League championship for two consecutive years in 2013 and 2014, leading our women's football team to compete in the Women's Champions League for the first time.

He then coached the Bristol City Women's Football Team in May 2021. He regained the coaching staff of our women's football team to help the team return to the top league. In his first season after his return, our women's football team achieved great success, winning the Women's Championship with an overwhelming advantage and returning to the Women's Super League.

Beard has made a significant contribution to the development of the club and created many unforgettable memories and achievements during his term. He left the Liverpool Women's Football Team in February this year, Matt Beard.

According to Beard's son's social media, Beard seems to have chosen to commit suicide to end his life.

It is reported that Leicester City contacted Beard before the start of the season, but was rejected by Burnley. Beard, who only led the team for two games, resigned in anger. Despite this, Leicester City fired the then head coach afterwards. However, because of the agreement, Beard wanted to coach other teams and needed to wait for three months before he could take up his post.
