The owners of the rescue station are a group of caring people from Jilin City. They have rescued 60 to 70 stray cats and dogs for more than a year. Currently, more than 30 stray cats and dogs have been adopted. In May this year, they built this rescue station for stray cats and dogs at their own expense to help stray cats and dogs more safely and systematically.

Volunteer Sky (pseudonym) said that one of the biggest characteristics of stray cats and dogs is that almost all of them have suffered natural or man-made injuries. Some are blind, some are lame, some are even paralyzed, and some are almost dying when they are delivered. Among them, a stray Alaskan dog impressed him the most.
"We found 'Anqi' in an old community. Judging from its condition at the time, it may have been wandering outside for several months. Seeing its pitiful appearance, a grown man like me couldn't help but cry. It was so pitiful. His front legs were broken, his hind legs were paralyzed, and he still had rashes on his body." Fu Si Zheng, a 28-year-old volunteer, said that everyone collected more than 10,000 yuan to help "An Qi" treat her illness. After more than two months of treatment, "An Qi" recovered and was later adopted by him.
Pet beautician Qibao (pseudonym) is also one of the caring people. She told reporters that what impressed her most was a stray dog named "Xiong Dou". When the dog was brought in, its spine was severely damaged and it could no longer walk. It was incontinent and skinny. It was a dog that had been abused by its owner. "You have to be careful in taking care of it. Not only do you need to treat it every day, but you also need to feed it liquid food." Qibao said that now "Xiong Dou" can walk slowly, has become much fatter, and his bowel movements have returned to normal. "I adopted it, and taking care of it every day is the happiest thing for me. Not only it, but every stray cat and dog is our good friend," Qibao said.

In order not to disturb other people's rest, and to have a larger space to rescue stray cats and dogs, in May this year, everyone decided to build a rescue station for stray cats and dogs in a mountainous area in Yong'an Village, Jiangnan Township, Fengman District. "People in our team come from all walks of life, some are businessmen, some are office workers, and some are students. Everyone tries their best to help stray cats and dogs. In order to save construction costs and leave more money for medical treatment of stray cats and dogs, we made cages, fences, doors, etc. with our own hands." Volunteer Sky said that he and Fu Sicheng and other volunteers stayed in the mountains for a long time to build rescue stations. He was even "kicked out of the house" because his family did not understand, but he still continued to persevere. In this way, after one and a half months of hard work, the rescue station covering an area of more than 300 square meters was built.
Now, every day, people take turns to cook and feed stray cats and dogs, clean their cages, and there are dedicated people to watch them at night. They hope that more and more caring people will join them and do something for these poor little guys. They also hope that more people will adopt these little guys and give them a warm home.
